If you are in one of our hotels and your flight has been cancelled or has been delayed a length of time due to the Ash Cloud, please report back to your hotel, directly with the Duty Manager who will provide you with a suitable room on “All Inclusive basis” There will be no charge if you have taken out our “Superior Insurance”

If not  you will be charged £/€22.00 per person/per night.

If however you do not have any money, you will have to sign a UK credit agreement payable within six months @ 1% interest per month.
